Previously, each hotel guest used a form that they had to fill out by checking boxes and hang behind the door or by phone to be served in their room.

In 2025, we are launching the Hotel Room Service Kiosk with touchscreen for multilingual room delivery service worldwide.

Integration logic :

Entrance screen (where the guest initially orders their food and drinks) detects the guest's room
Exit screen (Kitchen SDK) checks the final customer order which is suitable for room delivery

How does my hotel guest pay for their room service order using the Kiosk?

Our Hotel Room Service App
A simplified payment system

Our application doesn't collect any online payments. Your guests pay for their room service orders

at the end of their stay using your usual payment methods, without any changes to your processes (no EFT card reader is required, ever).

Our ordering system is designed to be easy to use, secure, and hassle-free for your teams.

Installation and equipment

After purchasing the Kiosk and the Kitchen SDK, installation includes:

Equipment to be installed :

1 screen in the guest room
1 Kitchen SDK screen in your kitchen
1 printer next to the kitchen screen to print receipts to be signed by the guest for each order upon room delivery (proof of receipt)
1 printer to be placed at your hotel reception desk (proof of order to be printed for invoicing)
An internet connection (WiFi)
Once these elements are in place, your kiosk is operational and automatically communicates

with our database.

1 Login to access the "Cloud" administration (Cloud: to add a product to delete a product, modify the pricing of each product, images, as well as live tracking and movements of current orders)

Important: You will need to replace our illustration images with your own product

Security and access

We assign you a unique prefix that matches your hotel's identity.
This system secures the entire application and ensures that no visitors outside your property

can access your service.
This prefix must be communicated to all your guests, along with their room number, so they

can use the application and place their orders.
